Getting an idea of what typeface the client liked the most seemed like a much better starting point after receiving the previous feedback:



Having chosen MAAX Mono (Bottom choice), it is clear that I must continue to work with this type to create a monogram:







With the centre choice being too imbalanced, it meant going back to the initial variation, making it simpler was vital, adding a simple knockout of the S to separate the letter yet create a sense of unity with the L and S seemed much more apt for the concept.

Feedback: This is exactly what the client was after, now to start applying it to the various collateral.
